“The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships, which are basically a reflection of your sense of decency, your ability to think of others, and your generosity.”
-Esther Perel

Everyone deserves to find inner peace – let’s find it together. I am psychodynamically oriented, meaning I challenge my clients to look inward to uncover what may be standing in their way. It can be uncomfortable but that’s okay! Sometimes we have to look introspectively in order to move forward. To confront your current struggles, it is important to explore how you got there in the first place. This allows us to identify unproductive and limiting behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. I also use Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and a relational approach in my work. This allows us to reflect on and improve how you show up in interpersonal relationships. I find it imperative to approach my work with multicultural awareness and sensitivity. With this in mind, I promise a no-judgment zone where we can get real and honest about what is preventing you from being the best version of yourself. I welcome anyone ready to make meaningful change, even if you don’t know what that looks like yet.
