Jill holds a Masters in mental health counseling from Northwestern University and is currently practicing at NYC Therapeutic Wellness to obtain her clinical hours for full licensure as a mental health counselor. Jill is committed to fostering the development of clients in a way that respects and supports their values and goals. She works to meet clients where they are at and help them understand and navigate the barriers that get in the way of helping them live a fulfilled and happy life. Through a psychodynamic approach paired with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jill helps clients with immediate symptom relief as well as getting to the deeper-rooted issues causing those symptoms. Jill values the importance of the therapeutic relationship and helps to foster a safe, trusting and non-judgmental space.

Jill is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of Jill Gulotta Nutrition PLLC. She holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her practice specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating and helping women get out of the toxic cycle of dieting. She works with clients to get to the root cause of their unhealthy relationship with food and their body, to live a life free of the stress and overwhelm that food and body image can have on a client’s life.

Jill is also an adjunct professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, teaching nutrition counseling.
