Isabella Cuellar

Do you feel like you’ve lost your sense of self– after ending a relationship, navigating a major life change, or maybe after leaving a sport? I understand how overwhelming it can be to redefine who you are– you are not alone. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, build confidence, and help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
I work with individuals and couples who are looking to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and find more ease in their day-to-day lives. I specifically work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can reflect, heal, and create lasting change.
My work is shaped by my background as a special education teacher, psychiatric medical assistant, certified yoga instructor, and Gottman Level 1 trained couples therapist. I blend psychodynamic therapy with evidence-based practices like DBT to support emotional and relational well-being. If you’re ready to feel more connected to yourself—and to the people around you—I’d love to support you on that path.
